We use our very own apples, collected from our orchards.We have many
varieties, each with their own characteristics.

 Bost kantoi Large and lumpy, thick, short stalk. Deep cavity. Greenish-yellow colour, fine, rough skin. Acidic taste, whitish-yellow pulp.

 Geza mina Coned shape, short, thick stalk. A green colour, thick smooth skin. White pulp, soft and dry. Very acidic flavour. Very well regarded in cider-making.

 Goikoetxe Round shape with short, thick stalk. Red with marks on a yellowish background. Hard, fine skin, waxy at the top and rough at the bottom. The pulp is white and soft. Bitter, acidic flavour.

 Patzuloa Large size, flattish with a wide base. Large, hard and thick stalk. Stained,dark green colour. Hard rough skin. White roughish pulp. Crunchy.

 Txalaka Uneven, bulgy form. Strong, regular stalk. Light green colour with gray dots. White, hard pulp. Ideal for making cider.

 Urdin-sagarra Big and rounded shape.Short stalk, thick and hard. A red colour with a greenish base. The pulp is a whitish-green. Thick, hard, shiny skin. Sweet taste.
